My first attempt at the trending floral umbrella and definitely not the last because I already have ideas for more variations ☂️🌷✨

Introducing “April Showers”..A statement installation ready for your next gala, baby shower, bridal shower, or elevated event.

The client sent me a Pinterest inspo pic about a month before their event and trusted me to bring it to life 💐

This project definitely stretched me creatively and challenged me in the best way, but seeing it all come together made every late night worth it.

Funny, while I was already deep into creating it, a friend sent me the actual reel behind the Pinterest photo 😂 Inspo originally created by @yongnuotrade ✨

For this event, I was commissioned to transform the venue’s existing greenery walls, and I had the perfect vision in mind for my clients. 🌿✨
What I didn’t anticipate was how challenging the installation would become once I realized there were very limited anchoring points to work with. As a growing decor business owner, this taught me the importance of thoroughly inspecting every setup detail ahead of time. It definitely took more time and problem solving than I planned, but moments like these are part of the journey and growth.
Despite the challenges, I’m proud of how everything came together in the end. Grateful for every opportunity to learn, create, and bring a vision to life. 🤍

At nearly 38…
A full-time Physical Therapist.
A wife.
A mom of three.
I decided to lean into my creative side. 💫
Even though this journey is just beginning, building this business has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect…but one thing I’m most proud of is that my babies get to see it up close. 🥹 They help me build. They hand me flowers. They watch the process. (I live for Dorian’s “oh how booootiful!” 🥰)
I hope they grow up knowing it’s never “too late” to try something new.
I hope they feel brave enough to take chances on themselves.
I hope they find what lights them up because they watched their mom - and dad 🖤 - pursue what lights us up.
